Booking Policy:

• To book an appointment, a valid credit card is required.

• If you don't provide a credit card: You can walk in at your desired appointment time, and we will accommodate you if there's an available slot.

• Please ensure that you’ve booked the correct time and date to avoid incurring cancellation charges.

Running Late?

We strive to meet our clients' needs efficiently and operate on a time-sensitive schedule. If you anticipate being late, we kindly request that you give us sufficient notice so we can make necessary arrangements.

Being late more than 10 mins, we can offer very simple design.

Automatically cancel if late more than 20 mins (deposits are non_refundable)

Cancellation Policy:

• We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full amount.

• To efficiently cancel within the sensitive time frame, please use the booking confirmation link.

• Cancellations must be made by the salon's closing time the day before the appointment to waive the cancellation fee.

Quality Assurance Policy

Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your service. We request that you inform us promptly, as any incidents occurring beyond a 1-week timeframe from the date of the appointment may not be attributable to us and could be caused by lifestyle factors beyond our control, impacting damage or quality issues.

If you are able to let us know within the allotted timeframe we will fix it no questions asked.
