These terms describe the use of the Foxie Beauty website and the information provided here. Please contact the salon if you have questions before booking.
Services and prices
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Prices marked “from” depend on the service and design selected. Please confirm the final price, deposit and any applicable taxes when booking. Available services, prices and appointment times may change.
Appointments and deposits
We operate by appointment. A deposit paid by credit card is required to confirm an online booking. Only the deposit is paid when booking; the remaining balance is due at the salon after your service.
The deposit amount is shown before you complete your booking. Please check your service, date and time before paying.
Online bookings and deposit payments are completed through Fresha. Please review the amount and booking conditions shown before paying.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment using the link in your booking confirmation.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance: your deposit is refundable.
- Rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance: your deposit transfers to your new appointment.
- Cancellations or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance: your deposit is forfeited.
- No-shows: your deposit is forfeited.
The cancellation charge is limited to the deposit; the remaining service balance is not charged.
Arriving late
Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re running late.
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to simplify your nail design or adjust the service to fit the remaining appointment time.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment is automatically cancelled and your deposit is forfeited. No remaining service balance is charged.
Service concerns and refunds
Please contact us promptly about any concern. For nail or lash service-quality issues, contact us within 7 days. Complimentary repairs cover issues with the original service, rather than changes of design or damage from an accident or improper aftercare. Routine lash refills and brow touch-ups have their own schedules and inclusions. Deposit, payment and refund enquiries are reviewed separately; see our Salon Policies.
Photos and individual results
Photos are for style reference only. Results vary with individual features, the treatment selected and aftercare. A reference photo does not guarantee an identical result.

Website text, photos and design are provided to help you explore our services. Please obtain permission before reproducing website content beyond personal use, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Links to booking, maps and social media open services provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
